This session will explore how those with men in their work and life can support boys’ and men’s development to better understand them with empathy, reach them with compassion, effectively hold them accountable, and help them to become the men they aspire to be. This interactive session will support K-12 teachers, social workers, coaches, therapists, campus faculty and staff, and more to explore men’s masking, unmasking, and becoming toward authentic masculinity. The interactive workshop is based on 15 years of research on men’s development illuminated in Keith’s book Unmasking: Toward Authentic Masculinity.
